What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy and a 10 minute late arrival policy. Please read the policy here.

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, please call prior to 48 hours of your appointment time. You are welcome to leave a voice message; it is not necessary to have a confirmation return call as your phone records are adequate. Please read the policy here. If you require a receipt of your cancellation, you are welcome to also send in addition to your phone call an email to tracey@luminerespa.com, which will serve as such as well.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?

The online schedule goes out 30 days in advance. It is, however, extremely busy and appointment availability is limited. That said, openings can occur due to reschedulings. Luminere schedules generally 4-6 weeks in advance.

Should I call to schedule an appointment?

Luminere is a small venue. As much as we love to talk with you on the phone, the volume makes it just not feasible at all times. You can also schedule your appointment through the online schedule. You can access this here. Please keep in mind, due to high volume, the online schedule may not be able to provide a time.

If I cannot find an appointment online, should I call?

The online schedule offers the same availability as scheduling by phone. If there is no availability or if the availability is not what you are looking for, please check back or feel free to call. All attempts to accommodate appointment requests are made.

The online schedule says “Your requested service is no longer available.” What should I do?

This message simply means that there is no availability at the time you were scheduling for the service time needed. Please check back at a later time.

I have a certificate or a voucher. Do I still have to provide a credit card number?

Yes. The cancellation and late arrival policy is still in effect regardless of any gift certificate or voucher you have received or purchased.

What should I do if I do not cancel my appointment in time or arrive too late?

Know we don’t have to say it, but please be polite. Luminere notifies you of the required credit card information intake when you schedule your appointment and of the subsequent policies. We’ll do everything we can to help notify and remind but we cannot do more than this. Please refrain from yelling, hate emails, or online death threats. It’s greatly appreciated. All joking aside, we can simply reschedule your appointment, though there may be a wait until the next available time.
